槽式太阳能热发电站光热技术监督及方法分析

摘要(Abstract):

以槽式太阳能热发电站为例,结合传统火力发电行业技术监督工作经验,从光热技术监督体系建设、典型设备系统(太阳镜场集热系统、导热油热传输系统、蒸汽发生系统、储热系统)技术监督、光热节能监督、技术监督告警制度等方面,探讨光热技术监督工作内容。针对当前光热技术监督存在体系不健全、经验积累少等问题,拟构建光热技术监督规范化工作模式,为从事太阳能热发电站光热技术监督工作人员提供借鉴。
Take the trough solar thermal power station as an example, combined with the traditional thermal power industry technical supervision work case and experience, from the aspects of solar thermal technical supervision system construction,typical equipment system(sunglass field heat collection system, heat transfer oil heat transmission system, steam generation system, heat storage system) technical supervision, solar thermal energy-saving supervision, technical supervision and warning system, etc., the work content of CSP technology supervision is formulated. In view of the problems of the current solar thermal technology supervision system, such as the unsound system, and the lack of experience accumulation, the paper recommends to build a standardized work mode of solar thermal technology supervision to provide reference for technology supervision work in CSP in solar thermal power stations.
