配电线路10 kV架空绝缘导线频繁断线原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

蒙西地区某配电网10 kV架空线路绝缘导线频繁发生断裂,通过宏观形貌检查、断口SEM分析、显微组织分析、力学性能测试及X射线数字成像(DR)透视分析等试验对绝缘导线断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,线路运行中绝缘导线产生微风振动,使得导线在电杆金具夹持部位发生微动疲劳,造成芯部导体的部分铝单丝疲劳断裂,导体剩余铝单丝无法承受导线的张力而引发导线的整体断裂。绝缘导线的抗拉强度及拉断力不足,一定程度上加速了导线的疲劳断裂进程。
Insulation conductors of 10 k V overhead line in a distribution network in western area of Inner Mongolia are frequently broken. The cause of the breakage of the insulated conductor are analyzed by means of macroscopic appearance inspection, fracture SEM analysis, microstructural analysis, mechanical property test and DR perspective analysis. The results show that the aeolian vibration of the insulated conductors in the operation of the line causes fretting fatigue of the conductor at the clamping part of the pole hardware, which causes fatigue fracture of some aluminum monofilament of core conductors. The remaining aluminum monofilament of the conductor can not support the tension of the wire and the whole wire is broken. The lack of tensile strength and breaking force of insulated conductor will accelerate the fatigue fracture process of conductor to a certain extent.
