基于电网小频差考核的供热机组一次调频优化

摘要(Abstract):

为适应电网一次调频性能考核,火电机组普遍对原有的一次调频功能进行了优化,针对“反向调节闭锁”“快动缓回”“加速冲量响应”几种典型的策略,分析其优、缺点,提出了兼顾机组稳定性的火电机组的一次调频优化策略,同时针对供热机组在尖寒期机组出力超限、响应电网低频能力下降问题,提出了采用热网储能来响应机组一次调频负荷需求的控制策略。优化后的一次调频优化策略,在提升一次调频性能的同时,能够最大程度降低对机组运行稳定性带来的不利影响。
In order to adapt to the primary frequency compensation performance assessment of power grid, thermal power units generally optimize the original primary frequency compensation function. Aiming at several typical optimization strategies such as reverse regulation locking, fast moving and delay return and accelerate impulse response, on the basis of their advantages and disadvantages, this paper puts forward the primary frequency compensation optimization strategy of thermal power units taking into account the stability of units. At the same time, in view of the phenomenon that the output of heating units exceeds the limit and responds to the decline of low frequency capacity of power grid in severe cold season, the control strategy of using energy storage in heat supply network to respond to the demand of primary frequency compensation load of unit is proposed. The new primary frequency compensation optimization strategy improves the primary frequency compensation performance of the unit, and at the same time minimizes the adverse impact on the stability of the unit.
