激振角度对支柱瓷绝缘子振动声学检测的影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

为分析激振角对支柱瓷绝缘子振动声学检测结果的影响,利用COMSOL软件平台进行仿真计算和实测研究。结果表明:支柱瓷绝缘子振动信号功率谱取决于纵向振动分量,几乎不受横向振动分量影响,其最大峰值频率随激振角度增大向低频区域移动,0°为最佳检测激振角度。为了保证测试的准确性,建议激振角小于10°或在检测过程中保持激振角度恒定。
In order to fully analyze the influence of excitation angle on vibration acoustic test results of porcelain post insulator, simulation calculation and measurement are carried out using COMSOL software platform. The results show that the power spectrum of the vibration signal of the porcelain post insulator depends on the longitudinal vibration component,and the maximum peak frequency moves towards the low frequency region with the increase of the excitation angle, and 0° is the optimal detection excitation angle. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test, it is recommended that the excitation angle is less than 10° or kept constant during detection.
