并列运行220kV主变压器档位校核计算Checking Calculation of 220kV Main Transformer Gears in Parallel Operation

摘要(Abstract):
针对某变电站两台主变压器同档位并列运行时的负荷分配不合理现象,利用等效电路进行了计算分析,认为是循环电流影响了负荷分配,使得主变压器的显示档位与实际档位不符。利用并列运行主变压器三侧无功功率与循环电流的关系,得到了主变压器档位与无功功率分布关系的计算方法。将该变电站的监测数据代入计算,结果表明,两台在同一档位并列运行主变压器的档位相差近一个档位。最后通过实际调档操作,验证了分析结论的正确性。
In view of the unreasonable load distribution phenomenon when two main transformers operate in the same gear in a substation, it is considered that the circulating current affects the load distribution by using the equivalent circuit calculation and analysis, and the displayed gear of the main transformer is inconsistent with the actual gear. Based on the relationship between reactive power and circulating current on three sides of main transformer in parallel operation, the calculation method of the relationship between main transformer gear and reactive power distribution is obtained. Taking the monitoring data of the substation into the calculation, the results show that two main transformers operating in parallel in the same gear differs by one gear from eath other. Finally, the correctness of the analysis conclusion is verified by the actual shift operation.
