新型接地导通测试流程分析策略分析Analysis of New Optimization Strategy for Ground Conduction Test

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统接地导通测试难以找到合适的参考点,且存在测试线过长导致测量误差增大和测试人员移动距离长、劳动强度大等问题,提出一种采用矩阵逆运算的新型接地导通测试优化策略。对传统和新型接地导通测试的流程、参考点与测试点的选择方法、测试原理和测量误差进行了对比分析。结果表明,新方法可大大缩短测试线的长度和测试人员的移动距离,提高了整个测试流程的效率。通过计算二者均方误差,从理论上证明了新型接地导通测试流程的测量误差远小于传统接地导通测试流程。以6×6矩阵接地网为例,对两种测试方法的测量结果进行仿真分析,验证了测量误差理论分析的正确性。
It is difficult selecting a proper reference point in the traditional ground conduction test, and there are also some problems, such as large measurement errors caused by long test line and high labor intensity caused by long moving distance. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a new optimization strategy of test for ground conduction using matrix inverse operation. Firstly, the procedure of the traditional and the new test for ground conduction, the testing principles and measuring errors are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the new method can greatly reduce the length of the test line and the moving distance of the testers, which improves the efficiency of the entire test process. It is proved that the measurement error of the new test is far less than that of the traditional test theoretically by calculating mean square error. Finally, taking a 6×6 matrix grounding grid as an example, the measurement results of both tests are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the measurement accuracy of new test for ground conduction applying inverse of matrix are improved significantly, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis of measurement error.
