汽轮机低压转子叶片脱落故障振动特征分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对某300 MW汽轮机低压转子汽侧次末级叶片脱落故障,分析了故障发生前后机组轴系振动趋势和振动数据的特征,其既有汽轮发电机组转动部件脱落故障所共有的振动特征,如故障过程振动突变、故障前后振动相对稳定、故障过程振动和振动变化以1倍频振动分量为主等,也有汽轮机低压转子跨内单侧部件脱落故障所特有的振动特征,如故障后低压转子振动矢量变化较大以及各转子振动矢量变化中同相分量和反相分量的变化特点等。通过分析该300 MW汽轮机低压转子汽侧次末级叶片脱落故障振动特征,以期为其他机组类似故障的诊断提供参考。
With regard to the detachment fault of the penultimate blade on vapor-side of the low-pressure rotor of a 300 MW turbine, this paper analyzes the vibration trend of the unit's shaft system before and after the fault occurred and the characteristics of the vibration data, which has the common vibration characteristics of the detachment fault of the rotating parts of the steam turbine generator set, such as sudden vibration changes during the fault process, relatively stable vibration before and after the fault, and the vibration and vibration changes during the fault process are mainly composed of one-fold frequency vibration components. There are also the vibration characteristics unique to the low-pressure turbine rotors with unilateral component falling off across the rotor, such as the large changes in low-pressure rotor vibration vectors after the fault and the changes in in-phase and inverse-phase components in the changes in the vibration vectors of each rotor. By analyzing and summarizing the vibration characteristics of the 300 MW turbine low-pressure rotor vapor-side penultimate blade detachment fault, it is hoped to provide a reference for the analysis and diagnosis of the similar faults in other units.
