在对一台220 kV变压器进行停电试验时,发现其介质损耗及电容量、短路阻抗等试验项目存在数据和波形异常,经油色谱试验、介质损耗及其电容量试验、短路阻抗试验等综合诊断分析,初步判定变压器中压侧和低压侧绕组可能存在变形,经返厂吊罩检查,验证了理论分析的正确性。并提出了应定期对变压器开展例行试验等日常运行维护建议。
Abstract:During a power outage test on a 220 kV transformer, it is found that the data and waveform of the test items such as dielectric loss, capacitance and short-circuit impedance are abnormal. Through the comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of oil chromatography test, dielectric loss and capacitance test, short-circuit impedance test and so on, it is preliminarily determined that there may be deformation in the windings of the medium voltage side and low voltage side of the transformer. After returning to the factory for inspection, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified. It is suggested that routine tests and other routine operation and maintenance of transformers should be carried out regularly.
