小容量光伏发电系统接入配电网的电压特性分析

摘要:

针对配电网接入大量分布式光伏发电系统导致配电网输电线路电压分布出现变化,甚至出现过电压越限现象,严重情况下会导致配电网供电可靠性、稳定性、安全性降低等问题,采用数学建模方法研究了光伏发电系统高渗透配电网的输电线路电压分布与光伏发电系统装机容量、装机地点之间的关系,并采用搭建算例方法进行了论证分析。结果表明,光伏发电系统的装机地点之后的输电线路可能出现电压越限现象,装机容量较大时,也会发生电压越限。

Abstract:

Aiming at the changes in voltage distribution and even overvoltage exceeding limits caused by the access of a large number of distributed photovoltaic(PV) power generation systems into the distribution network, which can lead to a reduction in the reliability, stability and security of power supply of the distribution network in serious cases, the author investigates the relationship between the transmission line voltage distribution and the installed capacity and location of the PV power system by mathematical modelling method, and carries out the argumentation analysis by building example method. The results show that voltage exceeding may occur in transmission lines after the installing site of PV power generation systems, and voltage exceeding may also occur when the installed capacity is large.
